Corporate Relocation
We offer a range of accompanied relocation
programmes of different lengths. We also
offer an unaccompanied programme to reduce
your costs. There's a range of supporting
options such as School Search, Area

Agent registration:
We make contact with the transferee by
telephone and explain the service to be
provided. We send a Relocation Questionnaire
to the transferee, for return to our
counselor.
We register the property requirements with
all agents serving the target area. Property
information is sent directly to the
transferee for review.
Home Search
We provide detailed information about the
local living environment and housing market,
and help to identify an apartment or house
that fits the expatriate¡¯s requirement and
budget.
The process includes site visits,
negotiation on rental, signing of the
tenancy agreement and all other related
legal issues.
School Search
We send the family a short questionnaire for
each child, and ask that this be sent back
to us as soon as possible.
For each child we produce a report giving
brief details and contact information for
all potentially suitable schools in the
defined target area.
We arrange chauffeur-driven visits to
selected schools, and a counselor
accompanies the family to provide advice and
assistance.
Shanghai Orientation Tour
We make contact with the transferee by
telephone or by e-mail and explain the
service to be provided. We set a date and
time for meeting, and agree a meeting point.
We send a Relocation Questionnaire to the
transferee, for return to our counselor.
We meet the family and review the target
area, using local maps and street maps to
show housing and school locations, and to
show local attractions and facilities.
We drive around the city, we visit as many
suitable locations as possible. We review
possible housing areas and schools, and use
our knowledge of the property market to give
examples of local sales and rental activity.
We drive past local schools, and visit
shopping centers, sports centers, and other
area amenities and facilities.
We return to our starting point and review
what we've seen, what the family's general
impressions of the area were, and what
further action needs to be planned.
Serviced Accommodation
We have an extensive database of serviced
long stay hotel and apartment
accommodation.
We can quickly and easily recommend suitable
properties to you based on your
requirements.
This service is free of charge. If you need
serviced accommodation, then please indicate
it on the enquiry form.
We aim to respond to all enquiries by the
end of the same working day - sooner if we
can.

can learn about the place that they are
going to be moving to, then the less
uncertainty, and the less stress they will
experience. Careful planning, effective
counseling and high quality information can
create a positive approach to an otherwise
possibly unpopular move.

Medical Facilities.
Immigration Service
This service includes getting the visa for
the expatriate and his/her family members,
local permits like residence cards or
identity cards, import permits for pets and
household goods, and medical checks-ups
required for visa application.
Tenancy Management
We also offer Tenancy Management services,
working on behalf of the tenant to ensure
correct management of the tenancy. We act as
a single point of contact for your staff in
the day-to-day administration of the
property. All maintenance action items are
reported to us. We ensure that appropriate
action is taken, provide a follow up
service.
All payments of rent are made by us. All
utility accounts are sent to us for
settlement. We provide you with a monthly
report and a single invoice, together with
copies of all disbursement invoices.
We attend the check-out at the property with
the employee and ensure that a proper
inventory and schedule of condition is
taken. We take the meter readings.
We negotiate with the Landlord's agents and
agree any claim for dilapidations. We
expedite the return of the security deposit.
Repatriation Services
When the relocation assignment is completed,
we help the expatriate and his/her family in
departing. Services include inventory
checking, tenancy rental deposit return,
closing bank accounts, mail forwarding, and
pre-departure shopping.
For companies seeking to avoid the need to
manage individual removals. This service may
be taken as part of a tenancy management
service at no extra cost.
