Client Services
In addition to providing corporate
relocation advice and assistance, we also
undertake assignments for private clients.
Our corporate relocation packages are
available to private clients moving to new
jobs who have been given a lump sum
relocation allowance by their employers.
Alternatively, if you're looking for a
search specialist to make an acquisition for
you, either for your own occupation or as an
investment, then our Private Client Services
will meet your needs.
Agent registration

We make contact with the clients by
telephone and explain the service to be
provided. We send a Relocation Questionnaire
to the transferee, for return to our
counselor.
We register the property requirements with
all agents serving the target area. Property
information is sent directly to the
transferee for review.
Home Search

We provide detailed information about the
local living environment and housing market,
and help to identify an apartment or house
that fits the expatriate¡¯s requirement and
budget. The process includes site visits,
negotiation on rental, signing of the
tenancy agreement and all other related
legal issues.
School Search
We send the family a short questionnaire for
each child, and ask that this be sent back
to us as soon as possible.
For each child we produce a report giving
brief details and contact information for
all potentially suitable schools in the
defined target area.
We
arrange chauffeur-driven visits to selected
schools, and a counselor accompanies the
family to provide advice and assistance.
Shanghai Orientation Tour
We make contact with the transferee by
telephone or by e-mail and explain the
service to be provided. We set a date and
time for meeting, and agree a meeting point.
We send a Relocation Questionnaire to the
transferee, for return to our counselor.
We meet the family and review the target
area, using local maps and street maps to
show housing and school locations, and to
show local attractions and facilities.
We drive around the city, we visit as many
suitable locations as possible. We review
possible housing areas and schools, and use
our knowledge of the property market to give
examples of local sales and rental activity.
We drive past local schools, and visit
shopping centers, sports centers, and other
area amenities and facilities.
We return to our starting point and review
what we've seen, what the family's general
impressions of the area were, and what
further action needs to be planned
