Management
Full Care Service
For
clients wishing to outsource the management
of their tenancies.
Financial
Option:
We pay the rent on behalf of the client.
We receive, check and pay all utility and
Council Tax accounts.
We provide a management report and a
quarterly invoice to the client in respect
of fees and disbursements. Reports and
invoicing can be per property, per group or
budget group, or can cover any other client
selection.
Property Management Option:
We provide a single point of contact to
the tenant for the reporting and progressing
of all maintenance at the property
throughout the tenancy.
As a further optional extra, we can arrange
for one of our staff to attend at the
property and await tradesmen, etc. Any such
attendances are charged on a time and
mileage plus disbursements basis.
Complete
FullCare Service
This combines both the Financial and
Property Management Options, at a reduced
monthly fee. The combined service also
includes automatic warning of tenancy
expiry, and the arrangement of renewals upon
receipt of your instructions.
